Our Elite Lacrosse Training Camp is geared towards players with previous team lacrosse experience who aspire to play at an advanced middle school and/or high school level. Sessions will be conducted similar to Varsity level practices with a focus on high pace and reps and an emphasis on: fundamental dodging/shooting, on and off-ball defense, team offense and team defense concepts. Time at the end of each session will be allotted for half field and/or full field play. In order to run this camp like a Varsity level practice, registration will be limited.

Come one, come all! Whether you are a beginning, novice, or a seasoned player, this camp caters to all skill levels. Once you are grouped by age and ability, you will work on developing the fundamentals of the game with an emphasis on footwork and proper stroke technique. We stress the importance of “no bad habits,” so the improvement process will not be restricted. If you are a more experienced player, we will focus on taking your game to another level.

The elite camp is a chance for middle school aged wrestlers to be trained like a high level high school and college wrestler. This camp provides individuals the opportunity to learn technique from 91桃色 State Championship winning coaches while learning the proper training habits in order to succeed at the highest levels. We will be working on different skills throughout the week with hard drilling and live wrestling daily. Campers will have the opportunity to ask the coaches in real time to fix any technical issues they may have along the way. This camp is designed for wrestlers with previous experience.
Join us as we hike the “wild” outdoors of Richmond. Staying within a 20 mile radius of 91桃色’s School, boys and girls will connect with nature while learning more about themselves. We will have a great time and challenge ourselves. Our trips are safe, fun, and full of adventure!

Join Endorphin Fitness for a week of triathlon adventure where kids will explore swimming, mountain biking, and running. Kids will build confidence, fitness, and skills through swimming, biking, and running—while making new friends and having a blast! Participants will complete a short triathlon on the final day! Camp requirements: Participants need to be able to ride a bike and swim 25 yards. You should bring a bike/helmet, goggles, good shoes for running to camp every day, and appropriate clothes including a swim suit to camp every day.

Join us for a fun filled week on the courts! Campers must bring a pickleball paddle and wear court appropriate shoes. Make sure to bring a snack, water bottle and enthusiasm for America’s fastest growing sport!

Whether you are a first-time bowler or a league champion, there is room for you. This camp is designed to help you improve your game while having an absolute BALL! Every day, each camper will have the opportunity to bowl 2 full games, giving you plenty of opportunity to practice your approach, refine your aim, spin, and celebration dances. We will teach basic techniques, rules of the game, and scoring basics, along with making new friends and enjoying the air-conditioned atmosphere on a hot summer day. The best part: Each camper leaves with a Summer Bowling Pass good for complimentary bowling each weekday through the end of the summer.

Our Saints Football Camp is a great chance for your middle school age athlete to get ready for the football season. Using the same techniques and drills as our varsity football players – your athlete will learn how to run routes, throw and catch the football, make defenders miss, and how to play both man and zone defense in this competitive, fun, and environment.
Your “Little All Star” will have a blast playing a variety of sports and learning while improving their skills and fitness level. We will work on developing sportsmanship, teamwork, and most of all, having a great time!

The Saints Football Camp will be a week-long blast of football fundamentals and great competition. Your young athlete will learn the fundamentals of football, while competing in a fun, non-contact environment. While learning basic fundamentals, players will be able to develop their skills and gain confidence. Experienced players can sharpen their fundamentals and learn new techniques through a variety of drills and games.

The primary focus will be on improving each player’s ball-handling skills, shooting form, and offensive moves using both the left and right hand. Campers will learn in-depth about reading screens, team defense, and team offense. We will save some time to scrimmage each day. In order to run this unique camp like a real varsity high-school practice, registration is limited.

This summer is our 21st year hosting a soccer camp for 91桃色’s soccer players (only) with Neptune FC (formerly Steel Soccer) for rising 7th-12th graders. Players will work with the same coaches as in years past. This camp is offered the week before Varsity Soccer pre-season.
